This onsite leadership role manages the supply chain work supporting the RQ-4 program within Northrop Grumman’s Global Supply Chain Program Management organization. Responsibilities include aligning cross-functional commitments, developing mitigation and opportunity plans, managing material financials, supporting proposals, and maintaining cost and schedule data for earned value management. The manager also drives process improvements, data integration, operational efficiency, affordability, safety, and quality performance. Success requires regular engagement with operating unit leaders and senior stakeholders, as well as team, project, and risk leadership. It suits an experienced supply chain or program management professional who is comfortable in a defense environment and can obtain or maintain a Secret clearance.

Requirements
