Finishing Manufacturing Specialist (D Shift) - Chandler

This position is part of the Laminate manufacturing function and provides hands-on support across processes such as pressing, breakdown, packing, cutting, and final inspection. The specialist must become qualified in at least five manufacturing skills and may also assist with special projects or other operational tasks. The role is suited to an experienced manufacturing worker who can adapt between work areas, support different shifts, and maintain consistent safety, attendance, and performance standards. Physical demands include standing for long periods, frequent bending and reaching, and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Prior forklift experience and strong written and verbal communication skills are also expected.
