Finishing Operator (B Shift) - Chandler

This position supports Isola’s manufacturing operations by setting up, programming, and running automated or semi-automated cutting equipment based on production work orders. The operator checks finished materials for accuracy and quality, documents material usage and traceability in SAP, and communicates equipment problems or workflow interruptions to the operations leader. Team members are cross-trained across finishing, inspection, packing, HiPot, and material handling duties. It suits a dependable, safety-conscious person who can manage competing tasks, work collaboratively, and remain productive in a fast-paced plant environment. The schedule requires extended 12-hour shifts, overnight work, overtime, and occasional Saturdays.
