Flight Inspector Level 2 or 3

This position is part of the Space Systems Receiving Inspection Team and serves as an initial quality checkpoint for incoming aerospace hardware. The inspector examines components and assemblies, reviews certificates and traceability records, enters inspection results, and places material on hold when requirements are unresolved. The role also involves documenting nonconformances, supporting Material Review Board and corrective-action activities, and coordinating with procurement, supplier quality, and production teams. Level 3 personnel are expected to handle routine discrepancies independently and may help train or review the work of junior inspectors. It would suit candidates with aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or supplier-quality inspection experience who understand AS9100 practices and government contracting requirements.
