Commissioning Manager

This position sits within Microsoft’s Cloud Operations and Innovation commissioning function and reports to the regional commissioning lead. It manages commissioning agents and vendor project managers while aligning clients and delivery partners on project scope, timing, and financial expectations. The manager develops procedures, scripts, standards, execution plans, and reporting for commissioning activities across assigned data center projects. The role also oversees vendor performance, integrates lessons learned, and supports long-term delivery strategy. It is suited to an experienced engineering or construction professional with data center commissioning, quality assurance, project management, and stakeholder coordination expertise.
