Program and Planning Scheduling Analyst - Level 4
This position sits within Scheduling Management in Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector and is responsible for ensuring program schedules accurately reflect scope, resources, costs, dependencies, and contractual commitments. The analyst will lead schedule status cycles, critical-path and risk analyses, baseline updates, subcontractor integration, and earned-value performance reporting. They will also prepare briefings and recommendations for program leaders and customers, participate in formal reviews, and help teams follow compliant scheduling practices. The role includes collaboration with control account managers, finance, business management, suppliers, and other functional groups, along with informal training and process improvement work.
