Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in program/project planning and scheduling (or Master's with 6+ years, or 4+ years experience in lieu of degree)Advanced proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite, including resource-loaded scheduling capabilitiesStrong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) practices and Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) executionExperience managing subcontractor schedules and integrating schedule data while maintaining vertical traceabilityAbility to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearanceLeadership experience and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams
