Industrial Security Analyst - Level 2 or 3

This position supports the Space Sector’s industrial security function by administering and overseeing classified programs under DoD, intelligence community, NISPOM, SAP, and SCI requirements. Responsibilities span personnel security processing, access and visit management, classified document control, facility accreditation, physical and technical security systems, training, inspections, reporting, and incident investigations. The analyst will work closely with program teams, government representatives, contractors, and internal leadership, while supporting deployed launch operations as needed. The position is fully onsite in Gilbert, Arizona, and may be filled at Level 2 or Level 3 depending on education and experience. It suits a security professional who is organized, discreet, self-directed, comfortable with detailed compliance work, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced classified environment.
