Advanced Mechanical Engineer

This engineer will contribute to the design and development of mechanical and thermal solutions used in high-priority national security programs. The position combines hands-on engineering with leadership of small to mid-sized projects, including planning, budgeting, risk management, technical execution, and delivery. The engineer will use Creo and potentially ANSYS, apply manufacturing and industry standards, and support testing such as vibration, pyroshock, and thermal vacuum evaluation. The role also involves preparing proposals and technical documentation, collaborating with project and engineering leadership, and mentoring less experienced staff. It is well suited to an experienced mechanical engineer who can work independently, lead teams, and hold or obtain the required U.S. government clearance.
