Learning Systems & Services Specialist

This position supports ASML’s Learning Shared Services function by ensuring courses, programs, events, enrollments, records, and reporting are accurately managed in the learning system. The specialist serves as an initial support contact, investigates system or data problems, manages ServiceNow requests, and assists with testing system updates and process changes. The role works closely with learning teams, instructors, academies, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable training operations and improve the learner experience. It also involves maintaining documentation, monitoring data quality, coordinating learning events, and identifying opportunities for standardization or automation. This role suits an organized learning-operations professional with LMS administration experience, technical curiosity, strong troubleshooting skills, and an interest in developing toward more complex system ownership.
