Senior Capture Management Launch and Exploration- TS/SCI clearance

This position leads end-to-end capture activities within the Space Systems business, supporting both immediate and long-range business growth. The successful candidate will shape pursuit strategies, assess competition and markets, build teaming approaches, develop win themes and pricing strategies, and allocate resources across major opportunities. The role works with executives and stakeholders in engineering, finance, contracts, supply chain, technology, and business operations, while also engaging customers and industry partners. It is suited to an experienced defense, intelligence, or federal-sector business development leader who can direct distributed teams and influence senior decision-makers. Candidates must hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and be prepared to travel extensively.
