Sr. Principal Systems Engineer - Technical Lead

The technical lead will own system-level engineering activities from early requirements and architecture through design reviews, integration, testing, validation, and sustainment. This person will coordinate with program leadership, customers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams while managing interfaces, configuration baselines, traceability, risk analyses, and technical documentation. The position also involves hands-on troubleshooting, reliability improvements, formal verification planning, and leading corrective actions or process enhancements. It is well suited to an experienced aerospace or defense systems engineer who enjoys technical ownership, customer-facing communication, complex hardware integration, and guiding small teams toward completion. U.S. citizenship, substantial engineering experience, and the ability to obtain applicable defense and ATF-related clearances are required.
