This engineer will support the Launch Systems Integration and Test organization by directing system-level testing of flight hardware and electrical ground equipment. Responsibilities include developing test and assembly procedures, managing design updates, investigating hardware issues, coordinating daily integration work, and maintaining safe, compliant bay and cleanroom operations. The position also involves mentoring engineers, ensuring test equipment readiness, and incorporating testability and producibility considerations into design work. It suits an experienced aerospace electrical engineer who can lead multidisciplinary teams, work directly with complex hardware and operational hazards, and independently resolve technical problems. Candidates should be comfortable with space-environment testing, aerospace standards, digital work-instruction systems, and occasional travel.
