Facilities Planner Level 3

This position supports the Space Sector by managing office infrastructure and building-related projects from early concepts through implementation. The planner serves as a central contact for workspace requests, coordinates employee moves and hoteling arrangements, maintains floor plans and Archibus records, and prepares space-utilization reports. The role also handles purchasing documentation and assists construction leadership with contractor and employee coordination. It is a fully onsite position with a 9/80 schedule and approximately 10% travel. This opportunity suits an experienced facilities or construction planning professional who is comfortable with CAD, construction documents, workplace management systems, and regulated project environments.
