This engineer will define and verify RF component requirements for defense, commercial, and civil space programs while coordinating interfaces between suppliers and internal engineering teams. Responsibilities include evaluating vendor proposals and interface documents, developing statements of work, leading technical reviews, and tracking component performance through delivery. The position also supports spacecraft integration and environmental testing, including occasional extended or off-hours work, and may progress toward RF communications product leadership. Requirements

Bachelor's in STEM with 5+ years RF/microwave engineering experience (or Master's with 3+ years)Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearanceHands-on laboratory experience with RF measurement equipment (network analyzers, power meters, spectrum analyzers)Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong technical documentation skillsAbility to collaborate effectively in fast-paced team environment and manage multiple concurrent tasksKnowledge of RF link budgets, space-to-ground links, and component-level testing preferred
