Electronic Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) Engineer - Level 3/4 (AHT)
This engineer joins Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector EGSE team in Gilbert, working with spacecraft subsystem, hardware, software, and test engineers to develop effective test solutions. Responsibilities include designing racks, fixtures, interface cards, cables, and automated test systems for satellite circuit cards and electronic boxes across ambient and thermal-vacuum environments. The position follows hardware from early requirements and design through engineering lab build, integration, debugging, qualification, and release. It also involves creating test plans, certification procedures, review materials, and supporting flight-hardware testing. This opportunity suits an experienced electrical or systems engineer who enjoys hands-on spacecraft test equipment development and cross-functional problem solving.
