Systems Engineer - Level 5

This engineer will guide system-level design decisions, establish requirements and interfaces, and ensure that integrated hardware and software solutions meet customer expectations. The position supports the Space Systems organization in Chandler, Arizona, working with disciplines such as guidance, navigation and control, avionics, propulsion, structures, software, and integration and test. It also includes leadership of Integrated Product Teams, customer reviews, verification planning, risk management, and missile-system test activities. As a Control Account Manager, the engineer will plan and monitor assigned scope using budgeting, scheduling, and earned value practices. The role suits an experienced systems professional with strong MBSE expertise, technical leadership skills, and a background in missile, launch, or other complex flight systems.
