Program Manager

This position owns complex AGS programs, setting priorities, tracking milestones, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business and customer value. The manager partners with service, business, and technical teams to align development and readiness activities with shipment plans, customer commitments, and installed-base needs. Responsibilities include building governance structures, scorecards, dashboards, business requirements, and executive communications while resolving issues through influence rather than direct authority. The role also supports process improvement, change adoption, risk management, and operational scalability. It is well suited to an experienced program leader with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, particularly someone familiar with service operations, advanced analytics, or the semiconductor industry.
