This position owns the supply chain planning and execution strategy for one or more defense programs, covering materials, services, procurement, subcontracting, and supplier commitments. The manager serves as the primary Global Supply Chain liaison to program leadership, integrating schedules, monitoring costs and risks, and resolving issues that could affect delivery or performance. Responsibilities also include developing material plans during business acquisition, guiding supplier teams, overseeing requirements and inventory decisions, and communicating status to management and customers. The role is suited to an experienced supply chain or program management professional who can operate independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Candidates should be comfortable working with government-contracted manufacturing programs, planning systems, technical documentation, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years supply chain/project management experience (or Master's with 3+ years, or 9+ years without degree) for Level 3; 8+ years with Bachelor's (or 6+ with Master's) for Level 4Experience with Bills of Materials, design effectivity planning, and U.S. Government contractsProficiency in Advanced Planning and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systemsAbility to read blueprints and understand manufacturing requirementsStrong PC skills including advanced Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and SharePointAbility to obtain U.S. Government Secret level clearance
