Systems Engineer: Software - Level 3/4

This onsite Space Systems role bridges Systems Engineering and Software Engineering throughout requirements definition, design, integration, and verification. Responsibilities include translating system requirements into software requirements, reviewing documentation for defects or omissions, maintaining traceability, and coordinating cross-functional reviews and change-control activities. The engineer will also support test planning and validation to confirm software satisfies system objectives. The position may be filled at Principal Level 3 or Senior Principal Level 4 and suits experienced engineers who are comfortable with requirements management, technical collaboration, and defense or aerospace development processes. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance are required.
