Principal Engineer, Enterprise Process

This role supports ASM’s global transformation function by connecting business process owners, data leaders, digital transformation teams, IT, and operational stakeholders. The engineer evaluates how changes to processes, data, and systems affect interconnected value streams, while identifying dependencies, risks, readiness needs, and integration concerns. They coordinate governance activities, stage-gate reviews, decisions, milestones, and stakeholder communications for major transformation initiatives. The position also partners with analytics and AI teams to define baselines, KPIs, adoption measures, and value realization targets. It suits an experienced transformation or enterprise process leader who can influence across complex organizations, bring structure to ambiguity, and translate strategic goals into measurable operational results.
