Open role
(Skillbridge) – Electrical Engineer 1
The intern will work with systems engineering personnel on electrical ground support and automated test equipment across design, integration, verification, and sustainment activities. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing requirements, contributing to trade studies, evaluating design risks, preparing engineering documentation, and supporting formal design and requirements reviews. The role also involves hands-on use of laboratory instruments and may include troubleshooting electronics, investigating failures, supporting manufacturing, or working with LabVIEW, networks, Linux, telemetry, and hardware-in-the-loop systems. This opportunity is intended for an active-duty service member transitioning through DoD SkillBridge who can work onsite on a full-time equivalent schedule and already holds the required clearance. It is well suited to an electrical engineering student or early-career engineer with strong safety, teamwork, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
