Module Process Engineer V - (E5)

This position serves as a recognized technical authority in Epitaxy processes and equipment within Applied Materials’ customer-facing service organization. The engineer investigates difficult process, yield, integration, defect, variability, and equipment problems using analytics and structured root-cause methods. They work directly with customers to identify high-priority issues, deliver continuous-improvement projects, demonstrate service technologies, and improve metrics such as cost of ownership, process capability, matching, preventive maintenance, and output. The role also leads complex projects, influences senior stakeholders, and mentors less-experienced module process engineers. It is well suited to an experienced wafer-fab engineer with deep EPI expertise, strong problem-solving ability, customer communication skills, and a background spanning multiple processes and technology generations.
