This engineer will support Launch Systems by integrating and testing flight hardware and electrical ground support equipment across multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include directing system-level electrical tests, maintaining assembly and test procedures, implementing design updates, and driving discrepancy resolution through root-cause and corrective-action processes. The position also coordinates daily test operations, oversees cleanroom and test-bay compliance, maintains specialized equipment, and promotes manufacturability, testability, and digital work-instruction improvements. It suits an experienced aerospace electrical engineer who can work independently in demanding operational environments while leading, mentoring, and coordinating other engineers. Candidates should be comfortable with space-environment testing, hazardous systems, aerospace standards, and occasional travel.

12+ years experience with BS in Electrical Engineering or 10+ years with MS in related fieldHands-on electrical testing and diagnostic experience with space environment test requirementsCleanroom operations experience (ISO-6, ISO-7) and aerospace standards knowledgeExperience with operational hazards: propulsive devices, pressurized systems, high voltage, lifting equipmentLeadership experience training and managing junior engineers and cross-functional teamsAbility to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret security clearance
