Product Engineering Manager

This role owns the engineering success of multiple laser diode array products and serves as their primary technical authority. It translates customer needs into controlled specifications, bills of materials, test plans, roadmaps, and release activities while reviewing changes to protect product performance and production readiness. The manager analyzes yields, reliability data, failures, and costs, leading root-cause investigations and corrective actions across design and manufacturing. The position also presents technical updates to leadership and customers and may travel for supplier, customer, and industry engagements. It suits a technically experienced laser or semiconductor professional who combines hands-on optical knowledge with strong communication, judgment, and cross-functional leadership.
