Program Manager

This position manages programs by translating contracts and statements of work into structured plans, work breakdowns, staffing models, schedules, and financial controls. The manager leads cross-functional teams, monitors performance, resolves internal and customer-facing issues, manages subcontractor work, and takes corrective action when risks arise. The role also contributes to capture and proposal efforts and identifies opportunities to expand the value or scope of active programs. It works closely with manufacturing, finance, leadership, customers, and government-facing stakeholders. The position suits an experienced program leader who is comfortable with complex government or research and development contracts, proposal management, and multidisciplinary team leadership.
