Engineer Systems - Business Development Level 3

This engineer will work within the Systems Engineering Integration and Test organization, helping the Business Development Group prepare competitive launch vehicle proposals. Responsibilities include interpreting solicitation requirements, assigning work across engineering disciplines, tracking deliverables, developing system-level requirements and architectures, and supporting verification reviews. The position also contributes to vehicle performance analyses, design-margin and resource reporting, risk documentation, proposal costing, and customer presentations. Success requires independent ownership of complex tasks, clear communication with program leadership and external stakeholders, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines. It is well suited to an experienced systems engineer with proposal or aerospace experience who is comfortable working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment and traveling periodically.
