Program Manager 3 - Antares/Eclipse

This position serves as Northrop Grumman’s primary program oversight interface with Firefly Aerospace for Antares 330 and Eclipse vehicle development. The manager leads cross-functional reviews of cost, schedule, technical results, quality, risks, opportunities, and baseline changes, using site visits and performance data to guide program decisions. They also support contract negotiations, executive and customer briefings, recurring performance reviews, and relationship management between both companies. The role is part of the Launch Systems business and is based at Firefly facilities in Briggs, Texas, with travel primarily to Chandler, Arizona. It suits an experienced aerospace program leader with substantial launch vehicle or missile experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex subcontractor relationships.
