Sr. Materials Engineer

This engineer will develop and optimize coating processes, using designed experiments to achieve required material and performance characteristics. The position includes leading film, surface, and materials analysis, investigating coating-related failures, and helping maintain structural integrity of coated components. The engineer will collaborate across functions to address quality incidents, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and improve supplier processes.
