Manufacturing Systems Engineer

This engineer will plan, define, test, and sustain systems such as ERP, MRP, MES, RFID, and product-labeling platforms used in production. The position supports the company’s digital factory strategy by documenting requirements, mapping system interactions, monitoring implementation progress, and analyzing manufacturing performance data. The engineer will work closely with manufacturing, engineering, IT, and other functions in a hands-on production environment involving gun assembly and barrel manufacturing. The role suits a proactive engineer who communicates effectively, enjoys solving varied technical problems, and can manage projects through multiple manufacturing-readiness stages. Experience with tools such as Solumina, SAP, PLM platforms, or 3D modeling software would be valuable, particularly in aerospace or defense settings.
