Facilities Representative Level 3

This position supports both established facilities and a new construction effort by coordinating contractors, procurement activities, statements of work, invoices, and facility service requests. The representative serves as a primary contact for office moves, construction projects, contractor scheduling, inspections, permitting, and workplace services. The role collaborates with internal teams, vendors, management, and customers while helping oversee the safety, quality, and timing of outsourced work. It also contributes to facilities policies, procedures, project recommendations, and routine records such as work orders and correspondence.
