Install Productivity Engineer - IMP

This role represents the installation function and helps define product-specific installation strategies in partnership with AGS and business unit teams. It evaluates installation performance, updates best-known methods and certification materials, and leads initiatives that reduce complexity, improve quality, and increase customer engineer productivity. The engineer also supports new-product installation testing, CAPA activities, field issue resolution, and collaboration with manufacturing and engineering. A major focus is implementing digital tools and AI-enabled approaches for planning, problem detection, and quality assurance. This position suits an experienced engineer who can analyze operational data, coordinate cross-functional improvement efforts, and provide guidance without direct supervisory responsibility.
