Manufacturing Technician

This technician works with schematics, work orders, test instruments, and specialized tools to assemble, repair, and maintain complex electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum equipment. The position centers on servicing CVD reactors and related systems, diagnosing failures, supporting process runs, and replacing or preparing components such as ceramics, quartz parts, pumps, gas-delivery equipment, and RF hardware. The technician partners with equipment and process engineers on upgrades, process stability, product quality, and manufacturing improvements. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate service records, following safety and cleanroom procedures, and contributing to Lean or continuous-improvement activities. The role suits an experienced semiconductor or high-vacuum technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who can work independently and provide technical guidance to others.
