Responsible for the design, installation, commissioning, and operation of electrical systems for Amkor's OSAT factory. This includes medium and low-voltage power distribution, emergency power systems, lighting, facility infrastructure and tools hookup. Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient electrical power delivery to support manufacturing and cleanroom operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering3+ years of experience in electrical systems engineering (design and operations), preferably in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturingStrong understanding of power distribution systems, switchgear, transformers, UPS, and emergency power systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) and other relevant standards
