This individual-contributor position joins a multidisciplinary Space Systems engineering team in Gilbert, Arizona, working across the full spacecraft lifecycle. The engineer will develop and allocate requirements, create technical specifications and interface documentation, support trade studies and mission analysis, and help manage configuration and design reviews. Responsibilities also include hands-on support for spacecraft and payload integration, testing, operational readiness, and potentially areas such as harnesses, command and telemetry databases, mechanical systems, or vehicle modeling. The role suits an experienced STEM engineer who can understand interactions between complex subsystems, solve technical problems independently, and communicate clearly with engineering and program stakeholders. Candidates with spacecraft design, systems engineering, mission operations, requirements tools, or related space-domain expertise are especially well aligned.

Requirements
