Principal Manufacturing Analyst (Level 3)

This onsite Chandler, Arizona position oversees manufacturing activities across assigned work cells and shifts, ensuring schedules are carried out safely and efficiently. The analyst coordinates production teams, staffing, priorities, and daily meetings while responding to equipment problems, material constraints, changing demand, and quality issues. The role also tracks operational data such as output, labor usage, downtime, scrap, and quality results to guide improvements. It is suited to an experienced manufacturing or operations professional who can lead projects, troubleshoot under pressure, and apply structured improvement methods in a defense or aerospace environment. The position requires the ability to obtain a Secret clearance and includes limited travel on a 9/80 work schedule.
