Hand Finish II/Cleanroom 1st Shift

This position prepares metal parts and castings for later finishing or assembly by removing burrs, smoothing surfaces, and cleaning components. The employee uses tools such as right-angle and die grinders, orbital sanders, air pens, calipers, torque wrenches, and specialty insert-installation equipment. The work supports manufacturing for the aerospace and semiconductor industries and requires consistent attention to detail. It suits someone with strong hand-eye coordination who can work on their feet, handle parts weighing up to 30 pounds, and follow personal protective equipment requirements. A high school diploma or GED is expected, while prior hand-finishing experience and English comprehension are preferred.
