Senior Director, Operations Engineering Strategic Initiatives, NA

This role sits within Vantage’s Enterprise Operational Excellence function and helps shape strategic choices across the North American data center portfolio. It develops decision frameworks, evaluates major investments and operating-model options, and uses telemetry, incident learning, engineering insight, and business analysis to identify risks and opportunities. The position advises the SVP and other senior leaders, aligns teams across operations, engineering, technology, finance, procurement, people functions, and external partners, and assesses whether initiatives deliver their intended value. It also translates approved strategies into sustainable capabilities, standards, decision rights, and operating practices while challenging assumptions and surfacing tradeoffs.
