Lead AI and Data Science Engineer II

This position leads complex workforce analytics projects from research design and data preparation through modeling, application development, and executive communication. The engineer will collaborate with Talent, business, and technology leaders to identify opportunities, improve data quality, and turn workforce information into practical tools and recommendations. The work includes building web-based data and GenAI applications, contributing to cloud analytics and data pipelines, and advising on AI adoption. The role also provides technical direction and development support to junior and mid-level data scientists. It would suit an experienced quantitative or data science leader who is comfortable combining statistical research, software engineering, behavioral insights, and organizational partnership.
