Sr. Principal Electrical Engineer IV

This position supports Space Systems programs from early design and requirements definition through qualification, integration, launch operations, and post-test analysis. The engineer will evaluate complex electrical systems, lead test efforts, investigate failures, analyze performance data, and present technical findings to customers and management. The Chandler team works across numerous launch vehicle and defense programs, offering opportunities to specialize or contribute broadly across electrical engineering functions. Success requires strong collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, operations, and integrated product teams, along with a commitment to safety and quality. This role is well suited to an experienced electrical engineer who can provide technical direction, conduct peer reviews, mentor colleagues, and work effectively in a cleared aerospace environment.
