The Mission Assurance Engineer works within Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector Safety and Mission Assurance organization on integrated teams supporting spacecraft flight hardware. Responsibilities include flowing down contractual requirements, monitoring verification and validation, overseeing supplier and production quality, and improving processes that reduce mission and product risk. The engineer also contributes to investigations, corrective actions, technical review boards, risk reporting, and briefings for organizational and customer audiences. This onsite Gilbert, Arizona position suits a STEM professional with experience in aerospace, quality, systems engineering, suppliers, or government programs, with Level 2 or Level 3 placement based on education and experience. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance are required.
