CLS - F-35 Aircraft Mechanic 3

This mechanic will join the F-35 Sustainment team and support aircraft maintenance, heavy modifications, operational checks, and restoration to flying condition. Responsibilities include interpreting technical documentation, using test equipment, updating aircraft records in ALIS, supporting training, and maintaining safe, compliant work areas. The position suits an experienced airframe and powerplant, avionics, egress, turboprop, or crew chief professional who is comfortable working around fighter aircraft. Candidates should be prepared for rotating shifts, extended hours, temporary duty travel, on-call coverage, and physically demanding flightline work. Military F-35 experience, inspector credentials, propulsion or egress certifications, and low-observable maintenance knowledge are advantageous.
