Senior Land Development & Permitting Program Manager

This position sits within Microsoft’s datacenter development function and serves as the central owner for land development, permitting, entitlements, and pre-construction coordination. The manager partners with design, construction, environmental, operations, legal, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to keep complex projects moving and address regulatory or schedule risks. Responsibilities include managing utility and development agreements, project budgets and timelines, permit conditions, performance metrics, and process improvements across multiple jurisdictions. The role also represents Microsoft with authorities having jurisdiction and community stakeholders while educating project teams on compliance requirements. It is well suited to an experienced land development, real estate, construction, or infrastructure program leader with a strong record of delivering large-scale or mission-critical projects.
