Electrical Engineer II
This position works within Northrop Grumman Space Systems’ launch vehicle engineering organization, contributing across the full product lifecycle from initial design through testing and launch operations. The engineer evaluates electrical requirements and designs, performs data-driven analyses, leads qualification and characterization testing, and investigates technical failures or degraded performance. The role also includes preparing review materials, participating in trade studies, reviewing peer work, and coordinating with other engineering disciplines, manufacturing, and operations. It is suited to an electrical engineer with early-career professional experience or a relevant master’s degree who is comfortable working on safety-critical aerospace systems. Candidates should be prepared to work in a cleared U.S. defense environment and contribute to missile or launch vehicle programs.
