UX Engineer IV - (E4)

This position connects UX designers, engineers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver effective digital experiences at enterprise scale. The engineer will build production interfaces and prototypes, develop reusable components, and help govern design systems, tokens, and UI standards. They will also mentor UI developers, promote design thinking, and support research, usability validation, accessibility, testing, and continuous improvement. The role suits an experienced front-end or full-stack professional who is comfortable translating Figma-based designs into code and influencing cross-functional teams. Experience with modern frameworks, enterprise software, and design system adoption would be especially valuable.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, HCI, design, or a related field8+ years of front-end or full-stack development experience with UX collaborationProficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React or comparable frameworksUnderstanding of interaction design, usability, and information architectureExperience with design systems, component libraries, design tokens, and Figma-to-code workflowsStrong cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and communication skills
