Systems Engineering Manager - Level 2

This manager will oversee systems engineering personnel while contributing directly to complex aerospace and launch systems programs. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, mentoring, performance feedback, staffing analysis, process upkeep, training, metrics management, and administrative approvals. The position may also serve as an IPT or technical leader responsible for coordinating teams and meeting program performance, schedule, and cost goals. It suits an experienced aerospace systems engineer with demonstrated leadership, strong communication skills, and experience guiding integrated teams. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance and the required STEM education and engineering background.
