The Project Controls Manager is responsible for establishing and governing all cost, schedule risk, and change management functions for a large-scale Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) facility. This role ensures integrated control of scope, budget, and schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, and tool installation activities. The position serves as the Amkor's single point of accountability for project controls, providing real-time visibility into project performance, forecasting, and driving corrective actions to maintain alignment with funding, schedule milestones, and business objectives.

Requirements

10–20+ years in project controls on large-scale industrial or manufacturing projectsExperience in semiconductor facilities (Fab, OSAT preferred)Proven experience managing multi-billion-dollar capital projectsIntegrated cost and schedule systemsStrong background in EPC / GMP project environmentsCleanroom and process utility-intensive projectsAdvanced expertise in cost management systems and forecasting methodologiesPrimavera P6 (or other scheduling tools)
