Sr. Principal Mission Assurance Engineer

This position leads mission assurance efforts for spacecraft flight hardware programs at Northrop Grumman's Space Sector, managing quality and safety compliance from design through testing and launch. The engineer works within an integrated product team environment, collaborating across manufacturing, systems engineering, supply chain, and test organizations to identify and resolve technical issues that could impact mission success. Key responsibilities include administering compliance programs, managing supplier quality, overseeing failure investigations and corrective actions, representing mission assurance in technical review boards, and managing earned value budgets for the department.
