Integrated Planning Lead

This position sits within RTX’s Integrated Planning organization, which connects program, factory, engineering, finance, and supply-chain planning into coordinated operating plans. The lead will manage master scheduling activities, analyze planning scenarios, communicate changes across sites, and develop mitigation plans for production risks. Responsibilities also include material coordination, planning-system data integrity, transition-to-production support, inventory oversight, audit compliance, and customer-facing briefings. Success requires influencing teams in a matrixed environment while balancing delivery commitments, factory efficiency, customer needs, and financial objectives. It is well suited to an experienced operations, engineering, analytics, or production-planning professional who can work with ERP systems and sensitive government programs.
