Integrated Planning Lead

This position sits within RTX’s Integrated Planning organization, which connects program, factory, engineering, finance, and supply-chain planning into coordinated operating plans. The lead will manage master scheduling activities, analyze planning scenarios, communicate changes across sites, and develop mitigation plans for production risks. Requirements

University degree or equivalent experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5 yearsAt least 8 years in engineering, operations, analytics, or a related fieldActive transferable U.S. government Secret clearance and U.S. citizenshipExperience with material planning, procurement, and production schedulingLeadership and collaboration experience in a matrix organizationExperience with SAP or other ERP systems, Excel, ITAR, and government processes
