Senior Program Finance Specialist

This position supports program finance activities for advanced technology and government contracting projects within GDMS. The specialist evaluates funding, margins, cash flow, orders, and risks, while preparing estimates at completion, booking rates, earnings reviews, and revenue recognition analyses. Responsibilities also include month-end close, contract charge validation, billing and receivables support, purchase requisition approvals, and financial modeling for proposals and investments. The role contributes to planning and process improvement, including identifying useful applications of AI. It suits finance professionals with accounting expertise, experience analyzing program data, and familiarity with government contracting rules; U.S. citizenship is required and the work is primarily on-site in Scottsdale.
