Senior Engineering Director - 2

This leader will guide the Launch Systems engineering organization and advise senior business and program leadership on complex technical matters. Responsibilities include shaping system architectures, directing chief engineers, coordinating cross-program solutions, overseeing design and flight-readiness reviews, and resolving non-conformances or failure investigations. The position also serves as a key customer interface and supports proposals, digital transformation, technology investments, and strategic engineering initiatives. It is suited to an experienced engineering executive or chief engineer with extensive people-management experience, strong systems engineering discipline, and broad oversight of aerospace or defense programs. The role is fully onsite in Chandler, follows a 9/80 schedule, and requires substantial experience with government customers and classified work.
